Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in their original condition
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

To initiate a return, please contact us through our website before sending any items back.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that original postage costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or we made an error with your order.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return postage costs.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return your original order and place a new order.

Return Postage

Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
